My client, an international Foreign Exchange and Global Payments company, are looking for a CRM Support Developer to join their expanding Dynamics and Power Platform support function.
Some details about this role:
You will work as a Support Developer with the overall support team. Using the client’s platform support function, you will be responsible for the conduction and delivery of service excellence.
Your responsibilities will be:
- Work with the Platforms team (Power Platform, Dynamics, SharePoint) with experienced colleagues
- Work on existing Dynamics 365 and Power Platform projects to enhance configurations and customisations
- Support and manage ongoing platform application support with customer satisfaction being the main aim
- Engage with team members to analyse system functions and review specifications both functional and technical
- Maintain high levels of customer engagement and services
- Work on tasks identified in technical design, implementing the relevant configuration or customisation changes on the platform
