OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to join a growing tech company in Galway.
Some responsibilities include:
- On-boarding new and existing customers
- Providing product and technical training to customers
- Building strong and long lasting relationships with clients
- Proactively manage customer accounts and actively grow accounts
- Identify new opportunities for the sales team to cross and up sell.
- Maintain accurate customer account information and provide regular reports
- Minimum 2 years experience in a customer success role within a SAAS/software company
- Excellent communication skills in written and spoken
- Ability build strong and long lasting relationships with customers
- Understand technical products and issues
- Strong problem solving skills and ability to identify issues.
- Good presentation skills and the ability to present to different sized audience
- Strong team player, super organized and strong passion to exceed customers expectations
