OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Senior Manager of Customer Service to join a growing team in a fast-growing award winning company.
- Lead and grow a team of 15+ Support Engineers.
- Partner up with internal teams to drive the quality as the voice of the customers
- Ensuring a highly functioning operation model and bring in best practices
- Identify opportunities to improve customer support
- Define and manage KPIs
- Manage team performance, coaching and mentoring team members to improve performance
- Collaborate closely with the sales and success team in order to maximize best service
