HR Generalist

Overview

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our client in the Tech industry. 

Some of your duties: 
- Assisting in the recruitment process - from interviewing, selection to on-boarding 
- HR Administration - managing all HR administration, HR System etc. 
- Benefits and programme - assisting in reviewing benefits program 
- Staff Reviews - Assisting in staff reviews, documentation and feedback
- HR policies and procedures 
- General HR activities 

Who are we looking for?
- 2-4 years in HR role or professional services related role.
- HR or business qualification/CIPD qualification would be advantageous
- Member of the CIPD desirable
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft office suite
- Excellent communication skills written and spoken and Presentation Skills
- Ability to work under pressure within a team environment
- Exceptional organizational skills, problem-solving skills, analytical and time management. 
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
