Microsoft Dynamics Support Engineer

Overview

My client, an Irish consultancy company based in Dublin city center is looking for a Dynamics 365 Support Engineer to join their expanding Dynamics and Power Platform support function.

Some details about this role:
You will work as a Support Engineer with the overall support team. Using the client’s platform support function, you will be responsible for the conduction and delivery of service excellence.


Your responsibilities will be:

  • Work with the Platforms team (Power Platform, Dynamics, SharePoint) with experienced colleagues
  • Work on existing Dynamics 365 and Power Platform projects to enhance configurations and customisations
  • Support and manage ongoing platform application support with customer satisfaction being the main aim
  • Engage with team members to analyse system functions and review specifications both functional and technical
  • Maintain high levels of customer engagement and services
  • Work on tasks identified in technical design, implementing the relevant configuration or customisation changes on the platform
