PMO

Overview

This is a great opportunity for a PMO to work in a permanent position in well-established, state-owned company. You would be working daily with the project teams to provide specialist project management supports as well as communicating with key stakeholders.

It has flexible working arrangements including WFH and an Attractive Salary.

Key requirements:

  • Woking with the project team and PMM stakeholders to ensure adequate project delivery and assisting the team in any way possible
  • Responsible for supporting and integration of new PMIS across the company
  • Responsible for provision of workshops such as: Project Planning, WBS development, Risk Management, Lessons Learnt, Stakeholder Management
  • Responsible for project management processes e.g., review of Project Management processes and working closely with stakeholders for areas of improvement
  • 2-5 years Project Management experience or in a PMO (1-2 years)
  • Knowledge of Project Management Processes
  • Self-motivated with experience of project leadership
  • Stakeholder management skills and experience
  • Flexibility to travel (national and international)
  • Strong use of MS Software (word, excel, outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
  • Full Drivers License
  • Project Manager experience on major projects
  • Knowledgeable around Project Management software such as PMIS
