Senior Product Designer

Digital Experience Department

 We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our growing Digital Experience Team. We’re the department that researches, designs and optimises performance across all digital channels, delivering experiences that deliver almost 80% of revenue as well as industry leading guest experience. As part of our digital transformation this presents an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to the next phase of our web and mobile experiences. You will have excellent UX/UI skills and be driven by a passion for user experience, combined with commercial awareness and an ambition to push boundaries.

Your Role

  As a Senior Product Designer you will act as a leader, collaborating and mentoring other designers to deliver best in class digital products and experiences

Champion the user and deliver meaningful experiences, converting research and data insights into ideas that form new products and features

Collaborate within the research, recommendation and solution stage of all product design and development, identifying pain points and opportunity through qualitative and quantitative research methods

Sketch and prototype ideas to quickly test usability and market viability, designing products and features across all digital channels

Work closely with developers as they build and deliver solutions to market

Own the success or failure of your design work. Analyse results retrospectively and initiate follow on optimisation work

Present and communicate your learnings and progress with senior commercial stakeholders


Your Qualifications & Key Criteria

A minimum of 6 years experience

A strong portfolio showcasing multichannel experiences (desktop, mobile, tablet) and the process used

Bachelors/Master’s degree in Interactive Design, Human Computer Interaction (HCI) or related disciplines, with specific interest in mobile or related experience.  Search for degrees like psychology, marketing, Design

Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch and prototyping tools

Strong understanding of user research, wire-framing, personas and other HCI methods

Fluent in English, both written and spoken

Eligible to live and work in the EU

Hold a current unrestricted worldwide passport
