Solution Engineer - Client Facing - Start-Up


We are looking for a Solution Engineer to join our ever-growing client facing scale–up who help ease the stress of commuting for thousands of employees for some of the biggest organizations in the world.

This is a permanent role in which you will be reporting to the Chief Operations Officer.

Responsibilities as a Solution Engineer will include:

  • Liaising with the sales team to reach desired goals for customers. This could range from design and implementation of solutions for the customer, to building and maintaining customer relations, to leading integration conversations with customers.
  • Explaining to customers how our software products best suit their own specific needs
  • Testing how well our implemented system is working and fixing any issues that may have arisen

Requirement as a Solution Engineer are:

  • Ba. Computer Science or similar
  • 2+ years’ experience as a Solution engineer as well as Sales experience is a bonus
  • Have a solution driven mindset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience presenting solutions to customers in a simple, easy to understand way
  • Selfmotivated
